Staff at the Early Childhood Center :

  Qualified, experienced teachers teach at the center.  Student teachers are early childhood majors in their fourth or fifth year at Martin Luther College, under the supervision of early childhood professors.  

  Our morning professor is Miss Cheryl Loomis.  She has been teaching at the center for 11 years, and has a total of 28 years of teaching experience. She has a masters’ degree in curriculum and instruction. 
  Our afternoon professor is Miss Susan Haar.  She has been teaching at the center for the past 8 years and has over 40 years of teaching experience. She has a masters’ degree in early childhood education.      
  Our director and teacher, Mrs. Cathy Biedenbender, has been at the center for 5 years, and has a total of 10 years of teaching experience.  She has a bachelor’s degree in education.
